Earth Day in Nashville is a fabulous celebration where you can learn a lot about real living and real food! It is happening tomorrow, Saturday, April 23rd at Centennial Park. Just click here to get more of the who, what, where and why: Earth Day Nashville
I will be hanging out in the afternoon at the “Feast Together” booth! Come learn more about this great organization that will soon be starting a “community supported kitchen” that you the community will support by buying prepared foods from them. I’m not talking about just any kind of food but nutrient-dense, whole food like bone broths, pastured meat dishes, soaked and sprouted grains, local fruit and veggie dishes. Isn’t this exciting? That there will actually be a place where you can buy this kind of food when you are running short on time and need to buy the real deal!
Feast Together will be hosting a workshop at around 3pm and we’re going to be having lots of fun talking to folks about what is real food and how to connect with one another through food swaps, community cooking and I’ll be chatting a bit on how and why it’s so important to get in that kitchen and start cooking real nutrient-dense foods for you and your family. Just a little bit of preaching and lots of good fun and information being shared. So come on out and see us!
